Covenant’s buildings have long been a home for worship, fellowship, and service – but like any well-loved space, they require thoughtful care. We have been intentional in facing these challenges head-on, honor our responsibility to steward these facilities so that Covenant can continue to serve both our congregation and the broader community for generations to come.
We have extraordinary news: our Centennial Capital Campaign is complete — and we exceeded our goal. Thanks to the faithfulness and generosity of this community, Covenant Presbyterian Church has raised more than $680,000 in pledges and gifts, surpassing our target and securing a stronger financial foundation as we step into our second century of ministry.
In 2021, urgent HVAC repairs required a $600,000 loan to keep our building safe and welcoming. That debt carried $45,000 in annual service costs — money that could otherwise go directly toward mission and ministry. Our Centennial Campaign set out to accelerate the loan payoff and rebuild our reserve fund so we'd be ready for whatever comes next.
