From Sunday morning classes to dinner groups, Covenant offers many opportunities to nurture your faith and meet new people.
Adult Sunday Classes
Our Adult Sunday Classes are held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the chapel.
Adult education is a vibrant part of the life of Covenant. An important line in our congregation’s mission statement calls us to support “a culture of intellectual, spiritual, and emotional freedom where dogma, institutional constraints, theology, belief, and faith are examined, questioned and, if needed, reformed.”
We are challenged and our faith is deepened through participation in the many adult education classes offered on Sunday mornings and other times during the week. Please join us as we seek to serve God with our minds, our hearts, and our hands.
Dinner Groups
Covenant’s potluck dinner groups meet monthly at members’ homes. These groups are organized in the fall, but you can be added to the guest list at any point during the year.
Dinner groups are an easy way to meet people at Covenant. Sign-up cards are available in the church office or in the pew racks. You can also sign up by contacting the church office.
Men’s Bible Study
Covenant’s Bible study for men meets in the parlor at the back of the sanctuary from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday mornings.

Women’s Spirituality Groups
A women’s spirituality group is a small group of 8-12 women who are committed to meeting weekly or biweekly for meditation and study with the goal of deepening their spiritual practices and sharing their faith journey. These groups are guided by trained spiritual directors.

How often are new classes offered?
Each Adult Sunday Class is usually between 4-8 weeks in length. Classes cover a wide variety of topics from incarceration to interfaith relations to spiritual practices. To find out our current adult class topic, sign up for our mailing list or contact us.
Can I attend an adult class and join the choir?
Yes, you can do both! Our Adult Sunday Classes are offered from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Choir rehearsal follows adult classes at 10:30 a.m. To learn more about our choirs, take a look at our choir page or contact our Director of Music.
